Firstly, on behalf of the whole team let me welcome you to zingfit. We are thrilled you have joined our family! I want to welcome you as a partner and wish you the best of success with your upcoming launch. The team and I will be here to help you every step of the way.
This onboarding guide contains everything you need to get started. We have two fantastic training videos for you to follow along, with written guides for everything covered in the videos.
Once you have completed the videos and configured your new system you can schedule a 30-minute "Onboarding Q&A" with one of our specialists who can answer any questions you might have and will complete any final system setting configuration for you.
We will also cover how you can reach out to our world-class support team who will be able to answer all of your support questions. Here at zingfit, we understand just how important the early days are for a new studio and we will be here to help you every step of the way.

Onboarding Q&A 30-Minute Live Teams Meeting
Once you have completed your training please feel free to book a 30-minute Q&A with one of our specialists here. In this session, we can answer any remaining questions you have, help with system setting configuration and demo any of the features on the system if you would like additional in-depth knowledge.
