Here is a brief overview of system emails available:

Abandoned Series Purchase

Sent to customers who clicked to buy a series but never finished checking out

Attendance Cancelled
Sent immediately upon canceling a reservation from the public website or Booker with 'remove and notify' selected

Booked From Waitlist
Sent immediately upon being booked from the waitlist

*This is available to a studio-specific email

Booking Confirmation
Sent immediately upon making a reservation from Booker or the studio website.

*This is available to a studio-specific email

Class Cancelled
Sent to all enrolled and waitlisted customers when canceling class from Booker

Customer Journey - Attendance
Sent a number of days since a customer has not taken a class

Customer Journey - Series
Sent a number of days before a series is due to expire

First Visit
Sent overnight after the first class has been taken

Follow Up Form
Can be set as the message to use when a follow-up form is due to be filled out

Guest Booking Confirmation
Sent immediately upon making a reservation from Booker or the studio website

Guest Invitation
Sent immediately upon making a reservation from Booker or the studio website

Guest Removed
Sent immediately upon canceling a reservation from the studio website or Booker with 'remove and notify' selected

Reward Issued
Can be set as the message to use when a reward is issued from a loyalty program

Reward Progress
Can be set as the message to use when a progress notification is sent as part of a loyalty program

Series Class Count Low
Notify customers when their remaining classes on a series reach a certain count

Series Expiring
Sent overnight to alert that a series will be expiring due to time

Substitute Instructor Confirmation
Displayed to instructors when they've accepted a substitute request

Substitute Instructor Fulfilled
Sent to instructors when a substitute request has been accepted

Substitute Instructor Request
Sent to instructors by an admin requesting a substitute for a particular class

Waitlisted
sent immediately upon being added to the waitlist from Booker or the studio website

Waitlist Spot Open
sent when a customer late cancels a reservation from the studio website
