Studios - Studio Configuration

The Studio Configuration is where you allocate a specific location's contact information, tax information, gateway as well as a late cancel policy.

To navigate to your studio configuration, go to Admin >Configuration >Studios.

*Please note: Regions will only have studios listed for that applicable Region.

Physical Location Studio Configuration

Name- The name of your location. The name of each Site will be reflected as a line item in your reporting

  • Address/Address 2- Physical Address of the Studio

  • City- City of the studio's location

  • State- State of the studio's location

  • Postal Code- Postal code or zip code for the studio's location

  • Phone- Main phone number for the studio

  • Time zone- Time zone of location- this will depict what time zone the studio's schedule is displayed in on the studio website

  • Purchase Email- From Address for Purchase Emails (Order Receipt) for all in-studio transactions

  • Reservation Email- From Address for any Reservation Emails (Booking Confirmation, Booked from waitlist) for all in-studio transactions

  • Tax Zone- Tax Zone assigned to the studio location

  • Register Gateway- Gateway assigned to the studio's point of sale

  • Bookable Min. Before Class- How many minutes prior to the class start can a customer book

  • Cancel Up To- Number of minutes before the class the customer can cancel their booking without a Late Cancel penalty

  • Late Cancel Up To- Number of minutes before the class the customer can cancel their booking where a Late Cancel penalty is warranted

  • Custom Receipt Footer- Footer of the receipt for in-studio transactions

  • Display for Preferred Location- If your studio is set up on Regions, this must be set to 'yes'. This opens the studio location to be an answer option for the 'preferred location' field in the customer sign-up process

  • Hide on Public Schedule- Set to 'yes' the studio should not be available on the public site. Set to 'No' will allow for normal booking

  • New Customer Free Series- Select a series to give away for free to new Customers sign-ups. If a series is not selected, a series will not be provided for new customer sign-ups

Custom system emails are assigned to a specific location in the Studio Settings. There are six emails that can be specific to a location. For more information go here.

Online Store

  • Name- The name of your Online Store. We suggest leaving this as is or to change the name to easily identify that this is an online store only and not a physical location

  • Time zone- Time zone of location- this will depict what time zone the studio's schedule is displayed in on the studio website

  • Purchase Email- From Address for Purchase Emails (Order Receipt) for all Online Transactions

  • Reservation Email- From Address for any Reservation Emails (Booking Confirmation, Booked from waitlist) for all Online Transactions

  • Tax Zone- Tax Zone for online transactions

  • Custom Receipt Footer- Footer of the receipt for online transactions
