Add a Class to the Schedule
Select 'Admin' in the top Nav
Locate the day you want to add a class to in the schedule
Use the date drop-down menu to select 'Add Class'
Scheduler Class Set up
After selecting to add a class in your scheduler, the screen will prompt you to fill in the following:
Room- What room the class will be held in
Instructor- The instructor who is teaching the class
Instructor 2- If two instructors are teaching, you can use this field to populate the second instructor
Class Type- What class will be taught (ie. Spinning, Yoga, Treadmill, etc.)
Series Type- The Series types applicable to allow customers to book into this class
Date & Time- The date and Time the class is held at
Classes to Charge- you are more than welcome to charge more than one class if you want, this is where you would set this up
Override Spot count- you can use this field to decrease the number of spots in your room. (please check Room set up for the max count by navigating to Admin>Configuration>Rooms)
Add an Event to the Schedule
The event on your schedule will not follow the Booking window rules. With this in mind, if you set up an event 6 months out, the customer can book the class outside of your booking window rules.
Select 'Admin' in the top Nav
Locate the day you want to add a class to in the schedule
Use the date drop-down menu to select 'Add Event'
Clear the Day
Select 'Admin' in the top Nav
Locate the day you want to add a class to in the schedule
Use the date drop-down menu to select 'Clear Day'
This will remove all classes and events from the day in one click.
Dupe the Day
Select 'Admin' in the top Nav
Locate the day you want to add a class to in the schedule
Use the date drop-down menu to select 'Dupe Day'
This will only update the schedule one day at a time
Controls within the Scheduler
Schedule Analyzer- This will provide you with a table format of the classes displayed on the scheduler.
By Instructor- This will filter your view to a specific instructor
All Instructors- Resets the filter to display all class for all instructors
By Room- Will filter the schedule view by rooms
Bulk Updater
The Bulk Update tool in the Scheduler can be used to make changes to your Studio schedule in bulk. You can use this to change the Series Type, Instructor, Class Type, Start Time, and the Flex price where applicable. Click here to learn more.
