βOrdering the BBPOS WisePOS E Stripe Terminal
Please complete this form to begin the process of ordering. A support specialist will reach out to you to schedule a call to proceed with completing the order.
Once ordered, the terminal will be sent directly to the studio.
Setting up the BBPOS WisePOS E Stripe Terminal
*Please note, your register mode will need to be set to Tablet in order for the terminal to connect. Zingfit support is happy to enable this for you if needed! Please click here to learn more on the tablet Point Of Sale.
In zingfit, navigate to Admin> Schedule/Retail>Register Closeouts (please note if you do not have this option in the menu, please ask support and they will enable this for you)
Select 'Terminal Setup' in the upper right hand corner
Select 'Activate this computer as a register terminal', unless this has already been set up with a previous terminal. If this was set up with a different terminal, skip to step 9
Select the studio location for the terminal
Provide the terminal with a name
Cash to Keep in Drawer should be 0
Closing Cash Can be Changed set to No
Save changes
This will take you to the 'Register Terminals' page, from here select 'connect' under 'Stripe Terminal'
On the device, swipe left and select 07139
Set up the Terminal to connect to the same Wifi as the computer you use for zingfit
Once the Terminal is connected to your Wifi, you will navigate back to the admin screen to 'Generate Pairing Code'
Type the code into the Registration Code text box in zingfit
Select 'Connect'
From here, the device will connect to zingfit. Once you have a successful confirmation we suggest running a test transaction to ensure the device and zingfit are connected.
