What is the Touch-Friendly POS?

The new Touch POS system was designed with tablet use in mind. Which means a responsive & easy to use interface that makes transactions a breeze to process.

Below is a diagram of the Tablet POS system. Whenever 'Quick Sale' or 'Register' is selected, you will be brought to this page.

Here you will be able to select your location, select your customer, scan in a bar code, view your cart, and add series & products.

Whenever you've added a customer and the packages for this purchase, you can select 'check-out' and you will be brought to the following screen.

This is where you will be able to select the series activation date ( if applicable ), set a note specific to that series, toggle the email receipt, attach an order note, view a summary of your cart and take payment.

How can I get this for my studio?

All you need to do is ask for the zingfit Support team to enable this feature in your account - Contacting zingfit support

Special Note: (Open-Beta in the United States, Closed-beta in Canada)

In order to use the Stripe Terminal with the Touch POS system (Open Beta in the US, Closed-beta in Canada), make sure you follow the instructional for Terminal setup here. Once completed, select 'Terminal' and allow for a few moments for the Stripe Terminal connection to be established.

Once you've established a connection, you will see the cart displayed on the Verifone P400. Once the payment has been successfully processed you'll receive the green 'Transaction Complete' screen. Attached is a downloadable .pdf guide that you can use to help guide you through the process.
