Having a soiree? A gathering? An event? You can add that to your schedule in addition to your normal classes.

How do I start?

First, you will need to create an Event Series Type and add an Event Series that people can purchase to reserve the event. Please follow the steps here to get started on setting up an event series.

Once you've added an event series, you can add the event to the schedule.

To add an event to your calendar, you must first

  • Click Scheduler on the top menu of the CMS (Content Management System).

  • Then, click on the desired date of the event to reveal a drop-down menu, and

  • select Add Event

The subsequent window contains all of the same text fields found in the Add Class window, with an additional expanded Description section.
