Cross Gateway Booking refers to the ability to purchase or reserve a class using a Series Type that is linked (by way of the sites or locations that it is tied to) to multiple payment gateways. For example, if I have a Downtown site and a Midtown site, you may want customers to be able to book into both locations using the same package.

If the Downtown and Midtown sites are both connected to the same payment gateway, this is not an issue. However, if each site directs funds to a different payment gateway, customers may then be purchasing and booking classes with a Series Type that is linked to multiple payment gateways.

This is called 'Cross Gateway Booking' and is not supported in the zingfit system.

It is possible to link a series type to multiple sites and link these sites to multiple gateways. However, this may introduce issues with reporting and system functionality. In the event that this setup is implemented, support may be limited in assisting or troubleshooting any potential issues.
