In order to purchase a gift card online through your studio's website, customers must be logged into their Customer Profile. Logging into their Profile is required in order to protect your payment processing system and eliminate any suspicious activity.

Customers can call the studio to purchase a gift card if they do not have an account with your studio. The studio can then use the Quick Sale option to complete the transaction. When completing any transactions over the phone using the Quick Sale feature, make sure the information they are providing is accurate.
