Syncing HQ Customer Tags into Franchisee Accounts

How to sync a customer tag from the HQ account for franchisee use.

Marketing Automation Tags are a great way to identify and categorize contacts. They can be especially helpful when trying to group a really specific segment of contacts based on data that isn't being captured in Marketing Automation and/or your booking software.

If there is a particular tag you are looking to track across the franchise, you can easily create it at the HQ level and sync it to the franchisee accounts!

1. Log into your HQ account.

2. Navigate to your business name in the top-right > click Assets.

3. Navigate to the Tags tab.

4. Click Create a New Tag.

5. Name the tag.

6. Below the tag name, select Copy this tag to all Franchisees Accounts > click Create.

Now, this tag will exist in all Franchisee accounts to be used in campaigns and segments.
