How to: Two-Way SMS

Communicating personally with your clients has never been easier!

Marketing Automation's texting feature allows two-way conversations between you and your clients. You can access your SMS conversations in a few places:

A Client's Contact Profile

If you just want to see your SMS conversation with a particular client, you can access this through their Contact Profile in Marketing Automation.

  • Navigate to Contacts and search for the Contact

  • Enter their profile and click SMS Chat, between Timeline and Documents

*Note: Texting an individual contact will only be accessible for those who have valid phone numbers on file in their Contact Profile and are subscribed to SMS

SMS Inbox

If you'd like to have visibility to all of your SMS conversations, past and present, you can access this in your SMS Chat window.

  • Navigate to the small chat icon in the top-right of your Marketing Automation screen

  • Click into this and scroll through your conversations here
