If you need to view, filter, and search your current stock, go to Admin > Scheduling/Retail > Current Stock. From here, you can view current stock levels and how many negatives each item has.

Use the dropdown list to select a Studio. Each column can be sorted in ascending or descending order. You can Filter Results to search for Products. Products will be highlighted in red if they are below their recorded reorder point.

Each Product has a Magnifying Glass Icon on the left end of the listing that will show you that item's Inventory Transaction Log (any time it is added or removed from the inventory and why.

The bottom portion of this page will show each individual Negative Inventory instance, but use the Negative Inventory column to better identify how many negatives you have for each item.
