If you have multiple studios, you will need to distribute the inventory between the multiple sites. In Admin > Scheduling/Retail > Purchase Orders, select Distribute to Studios next to the Purchase Order for the desired items.

Input the amount that you wish to distribute to each studio. If there is only one studio the system will automatically allocate the quantity to that studio. Verify the amount and select Save. Nothing in the PO will be available for a studio until everything in the PO has been distributed.

If you make a mistake in distributing to studios you can select the Trash Can icon beside the line item on this page and you will be able to re-distribute.
