How do customers redeem promotions?

Promotions can be redeemed in-studio via the Register or via the studio website.

In-studio Redemption

When checking out a customer purchase, in the Take Payment screen of the Register, payment types appear in the left-hand column. If a promo is active, a box will appear to enter a promo code. Promo codes are NOT case-sensitive.

Website Redemption

When promotions are activated; customers can enter promotional codes into the promo section of the billing page to claim the discount. A promo box will appear at the top of the screen.

An additional option is provided for 100% promotions. At the bottom of the zingfit system pricing page (custom pricing pages need to be customized to add this option), a Redeem Free Class box will appear.

Reasons why your Promotion code may not be working

  • The promotion is set to be offline

  • The start and end date are not relevant to the current date and time

  • The redemption limit has been hit

  • Or a customer limit is in place and a customer has already redeemed the promotion
