There will be times when you will want to automatically communicate with your customers through emails. System Emails will allow you to email your customers when they book a confirmation, send a reminder before class starts, ask about their first visits, and many more scenarios.

To create a System Email, go to Admin > Configuration > System Emails > Add Email. Select the Type of Email and select Next. This will generate a template for you to customize as needed.

The Name and Subject will populate but feel free to change as needed. If you have multiple studios and the email will be for a Specific Studio, we recommend adding the studio name to the Name of the email.

In the message, you can customize the text as well as use the Text Placeholder feature to generate content based on your customer and class information. Once completed, you can Preview the email at the bottom. If you are satisfied, Save changes or make any needed edits.
