The support team here at zingfit has transitioned to using Microsoft Teams for our Support Meetings.

You can still book a Support Meeting in the exact same way using the article here

When you book your meeting it will be added to your calendar based on the email you enter when booking.

To join the meeting, simply go to your calendar and click on the join button:

Alternatively, you can simply go to your booking confirmation email and click on the link there instead:

When you click the link to join the meeting your browser will open a new tab, if you have Teams installed on your device already the meeting will open there, if you do not, all you need to click is "Continue on this browser":

As soon as you are ready, click join and your Customer Support Specialist will be ready and waiting for you!

Troubleshooting

If you have an issue connecting your audio or camera select the gear options icon:

Then you can select your audio and camera options in the pop-out menu:

If you have any other issues or require further assistance remember we are always here to help. If your meeting is about to begin you can reach out to your Customer Support Specialist over email using the details in your booking confirmation and they will be able to help.
