How are failed payments handled?

All failed payments directly in your zingfit system.

If you are running a transaction in your point of sale, and the payment fails, it will not process on to the customer's account, show a decline message, and record the failed transaction on the Daily Transaction report.

If the sale is going through on your website, this transaction will also deny any provisioning of what was purchased and record the transaction on the Daily Transaction report.

If a contract fails to renew, this will appear under the Contracts report.
