In zingfit, especially with contracts, you are only able to refund the most recent charge. In some cases, the studio may want to refund something that may not be possible to refund in the zingfit system.

This option is only available for customer's on zingift's Stripe Connect Express product.

For example, a previous contract billing cycle that has already passed.

Please note:

Refunding through stripe will not reflect a refund in your zingfit system. This means the series or contract will remain in the same status (expired or active) if the series or contract is still active, we suggest to expire this to avoid continued service, if desired.

Reporting will reflect the series, contract or merchandise as active or sold. There is no way to change this unless the studio manually expires or adjusts this inventory manually. Zingfit support cannot change your reporting to reflect this external refund.
