PayPal manages payment processing for the Asian Market. This limits some of the functionality zingfit provides.

Paypal cannot create re-occurring billing, therefore contracts are not supported using PayPal.

Credit Cards can not be saved on file in zingfit with PayPal. Customers can save their cards on file directly in PayPal for faster checkout.

For in-studio purchases, studio staff will run the customer payment in their external payment system (PayPal terminal), then run it again within zingfit, so the credit is issued to the customer.

For customer purchases, using the website, a customer will be directed from checkout into PayPal to make their purchase.

In order to configure currency correctly, enter the amount in local currency (300 CHF, for example). The $ sign will still be reflected in the zingfit Manager site (used by studio staff), but a placeholder currency symbol will appear in the customer-facing site. The customer will be charged via PayPal in their local currency.
