As studios have interest in limiting access to studio content and functionality via the web-based system administration, zingFit provides a number of security features.
System Logins
System logins are logged in People > System Logs ... choose Log Type "Login" from the drop-down menu (default option)
Data export
Customer data exports are logged in People > System Logs ... choose Log Type "Customer Export" from the drop-down menu
Studios can request configuration to have an email sent to a designated email address when a customer data export is performed
Remote Access
Access to the system can be limited to certain computers by the Role Assigned to zingFit Users. For example, Users can be limited to studio computers only.
The Permissions Setting below would restrict this Employee role to log in to the zingFit system only via authorized computers. *Read about Configuring User Roles
In the example below, this computer is not authorized so User Roles that are not assigned Access System From Anywhere as seen above, would be denied access to the system on this computer. To access this setting click Admin> Configuration> System Settings
