Zingfit's instructor profile pages allow the studio to personalize each instructor to reflect their personality within the Studio's website. The content for their page is pulled from their Instructor profiles. The Profile web pages include:

  • Bio Name- Name used on the Instructor Profile

  • Bio Image- Image used on the Instructor Profile

  • Bio Text- The text that appears on the Instructor Profile.

  • Email- To display the email you must have zingfit support enable visibility via system settings. By default, the email address will not show.

  • Instructor Specific Schedule- Any classes that the instructor is teaching will appear below the instructor profile and allow clients to directly book

Benefits of using zingfit Instructor Profile Pages

  • Tie the Instructors upcoming classes in the Instructor Profile without any additional development work

  • Puts a face to the name.

  • Rather than guessing the teaching style of the instructor, any website visitor (a member or not) can research the instructor prior to booking the class

  • Allow for easier booking on a specific instructor without navigating back to the schedule

How to link to an Instructor Profile page in your CMS

To link to the General Instructor, the URL formula is:

https://mystudiobrand.zingfit.com/reserve/index.cfm?action=Reserve.instructors

To link to the Specific Instructor Profile Page, the URL formula is:

https://mystudiobrand.zingfit.com/reserve/index.cfm?action=Reserve.instructor&site=1&id=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

To access the specific ID for an Instructor:

  1. Go to Admin > People > Instructor Profiles

  2. Click to edit the specific Instructor Profile you wish to link

  3. In the URL of your browser, there is an ID URL variable. Take the URL and plug it into the URL formula above(xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) for the Specific Instructor Profile Page.
