How do I create Studio Specific Emails?

If you have multiple studios and need to send specific emails for each one, you can create and assign custom emails for each studio. Here are the emails that can be specific to a studio:

  • Booking Confirmation

  • Booked From Waitlist

  • Waitlisted

  • Attendance Reminder

  • Attendance Cancelled

  • Class Cancelled

  • First Visit

  • Guest Booking Confirmation

  • Guest Invitation

  • Guest Removed

  • Waitlist Spot Open

First, you will need to create a System Email. If the email is already created, we recommend that you edit the email to include the studio name in the Email Name field. For example, call the email 'Booking Confirmation - Site 1' instead of leaving the email entitled 'Booking Confirmation.'

Once the email is created, you will want to assign it to the specific studio location by clicking Admin > Configuration > Studios. Click the pencil icon next to the studio location you want to edit. In the studio settings, scroll down to 'Custom studio-specific emails' and click the plus symbol to expand. In each field seen below chose the corresponding email to the studio of choice.
