The Quick Sale option in the Booker is used for retail product sales for walk-in customers. The process for studio customers requires either adding a new customer or finding an existing customer first before clicking on the Register POS process.
Quick Sale
From the Booker, click Quick Sale and the Register window appears.
Retail products are available in the right-hand column, while class packages and memberships are hidden from view.
In the Take Payment screen, Cash payments require no customer/address information (even though the customer name and address fields show displayed as required). Since Credit card sales are processed as card-not-present transactions, it is required to enter the customer's name and address information.
Quick Refund
To refund a Quick Sale transaction, click on the down arrow to the right of the Quick Sale button and choose the Quick Refund option. Here a transaction can be found via order ID, email, or last name.
