DYMO Printer Troubleshooting

If you are having trouble with your DYMO printer try the following troubleshooting tips

1. Go to http://www.dymo.com/en-US/online-support and install the latest software for your printer. If given the option, choose a “custom install” and select “web services”.

2. After the new drivers are installed remove the printer from your computer's devices then re-add it.

3. Unplug the printer's power supply for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.

4. Recouple the printer's USB cable

5. Use these steps to test the printer on another computer, to ensure the printer is not broken.


If using windows, install version 8.5.4.

Troubleshooting DYMO Printer installation steps for Mac:

1. Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners, then click the + button, bottom left.


2. The DYMO printer should be in the list. Select it, then in the "Use" dropdown box, click Select Software.


3. In the Filter box, type DYMO, and look for the model of your particular printer. Click OK then Add.
