Overriding spot count only works in one direction, this is to limit the number of bookable spots. For example, your room might have 20 spots but you are running a class where you only want 10 students. You would navigate to Scheduler > Select the class > Check the box override spot count > Enter the number of desired spots that is less than the room max.
