Your email sender name, also known as "Friendly Name" is what a customer will see as the sender of the email in their inbox. When your system is first set up you might simply have an info@domain.com email address which you might want to change to "My Studio Name" instead.

To do this first go to the Studios section found within Admin > Configuration > Studios

Click on the edit icon to the left of the studio email you would like to change. If you have multiple locations you can do this for each location, one at a time. Add, your new email name simply format the email address fields like this;

I would recommend using your Studio name as a friendly name so customers can easily see who has emailed them.
