Why are certain custom system emails not being sent out?

If custom system emails are not sending, make sure you have a Default Sender Email set up in Admin > Configuration > System Settings > Mail. If the Default Mail Sender needs to be changed, please zingfit support.

Next, make sure the Custom Email is active by going to Admin > Configuration > System Emails. Click the Pencil Icon next to the Custom Email and confirm "Yes" is selected by 'Is Active.'

Finally, if you are sending Studio Specific Emails, make sure they are selected in Admin > Configuration > Studio > Edit > Custom studio-specific emails. If you are interested in learning more about Studio Specific Emails, click here.
