Use the Sales By Customer report to generate the customer segment.

Then, select 'tag' to create the list from your reporting results (based on your date filter)

Once you've tagged your results, navigate to Admin > Reporting > Report Tags

Identify the list you created from the Report and select 'Export' or 'Upload to Mailchimp' to send this segmented list to your MailChimp account.
