How can I reach out to customers who have taken a class for the first time?

There is a First Visit email that goes out automatically from the system, but you need to add text and activate it in Configuration > System Emails. Or if you want to get a report of all first-timers, the easiest way is to do a full Customer Export, then sort that by the 'first class' column. This will give you the most recent new students up top.
