Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance is adherence to a set of security standards that were developed to protect credit card information during and after financial transactions. Client security is very important to zingfit, and as such, our servers are configured to meet these standards.

Server maintenance is performed regularly to ensure security, and changes are made when necessary to comply with changing PCI standards. As part of your zingfit integration, your website was linked with a payment gateway through Authorize.net. Included in their annual fee, Authorize.net also assures PCI compliance and total security in regards to sensitive customer information. Despite these safety measures, your business, as an entity that accepts payment in the form of credit cards, also needs to be PCI compliant. Since all credit information is processed and saved through third-parties (zingfit and Authorize.net) your PCI compliance is based solely on your company's handling of sensitive customer information. Once your merchant processing account is approved, you will need to complete a PCI compliance self-assessment questionnaire, for which your merchant ID number is required. This link will present you with the option to follow the highly recommended PCI Rapid Comply wizard, which will take you step-by-step through the questionnaire without getting too involved with technical details.

Any inquiries about specific questions can be directed to Transarmor customer support at (866)359-0978. To maintain your status as PCI compliant, you will need to complete this form on an annual basis. Once your questionnaire is accepted, your website will be scanned to complete the compliance process.
