You can edit your emails sent automatically from our system by going to Admin > Configuration > System Emails, and clicking the pencil icon next to the email you want to edit. (For information on how to style system emails: Style and Brand System Emails)

Edit the email and you will see that you can enter text in the header and footer of most emails (some emails only offer a single field).

Be sure that any emails you want to go out automatically to your customers have the "Is Active" setting set to Yes.

Note 1: Where there is system text in the email, this is only meant as sample text. You will want to create your own message that includes copy that is in keeping with your studio branding.

Note 2: Where you see text in brackets [ ], we call these text placeholders. This text will be created by the zingfit system, based on what kind of placeholder it is.

There is no way to add text placeholders in a particular email if they are not already available as an option for that exact email. Each email has different available text placeholder options.

For the time being, whichever text placeholders are in the box under that email are the only available ones to use for that particular email. Please do NOT copy and paste text placeholders from one email to another, as it will not work, and will actually cause issues with how the email appears.
