When customers navigate to the Login page of your website, they will have the option to select the "Remember Me" option before logging in.

This feature is not to be confused with other browser native features, such as "auto-fill". Browsers like Chrome will have an auto-fill feature that remembers credentials to specific sites, and will auto-fill them when the user navigates to those login pages. Another thing to note is that if the end-user logs out of their session, they will have to re-authenticate to see their account details, this is the purpose of logging out in the first place.

Zingfit's "Remember Me" feature allows the system to remember the logged in user if they navigate away from the site for over 20 minutes or if they close their browser completely. Zingfit will time out a session after this amount of time. With "Remember Me" selected and after this time has passed, if the user returns to your studio's website, they will be recognized and will not have to re-authenticate. They will be able to purchase, reserve, and navigate their account as if they never left the site.
