Why am I not receiving email confirmations of Series sales?

First, the required email address must be set as the Purchases Email.

This can be updated in Admin > Configuration > Studio > click to edit Studio Site > enter Purchase Email.

Once the email is in place, it is necessary to update the System Setting 'Email Studio On Series Purchase' from False to True. Please do so by emailing support@zingfit.com
