Currently, we do not have a feature to edit a gift card value. Gift cards must be reduced via purchases.

As a workaround, you can purchase Store Credit on the customer account using the giftcard as a payment to control the decrease of the gift card, then manually remove the store credit. However, this may affect your reporting if the store credit is not decreased.
