Here are reasons a Series Type option is missing in the scheduler when creating a class:

  1. Setting a 'Series Type' offline will make it unavailable for class configuration in Scheduler. To fix this, set that Series type to be online.

  2. The Series Type does not have a series or contact. Without anything to purchase, the customer cannot book the class. To fix this, add a series or contract to that series type.
