As long as your room is a spot scheduled room you can put any specific spot on hold in any class. Unfortunately, rooms using a list layout cannot put spots On Hold.

What does it mean when you put a spot 'On Hold?'

When you mark a spot as 'On Hold' in your booker, you are making that spot unavailable for any website bookings. The spot will appear as taken offline.

Sometimes, a bike breaks down, or maybe you want to block a specific spot in the class for a VIP member. Whatever the reason is, just know the studio can make any spot changes through the booker.

How do put a spot On Hold?

In the Booker, select which class you would like to hold a spot. For the spot, you want 'On Hold', select the '-' symbol

A pop-up will ask if you are sure you want to put this spot on hold. Select 'Okay.' You will notice the spot color will change from Blue to Red

Is it possible to add 'On Hold' spots in bulk to all my classes?

At this time, we cannot bulk update rooms to show a specific spot as 'On Hold' for different class types or rooms. This will need to be done on a case-by-case basis manually using the steps above.
