zingFit provides barcode support for efficient in-studio sales of retail products. All support requests for setup of barcode hardware and associated software, including the browser plugin, should be directed to Dymo support.

Barcode labels can be affixed directly to products or to standard product hang tags.

The labels can be generated via the zingFit system using the Dymo label printer. It is necessary to install the Dymo software & browser plugin (or Mac or PC). http://www.dymo.com/en-US/labelwriter-450-turbo-label-printer#tabContainer

Once installed, AND the Dymo printer is connected to the computer USB port, a green “Label Printer Ready” label will appear at the top of the Products list (Scheduling/Retail > Products). Click on the green barcode icon to generate labels. NOTE: the Dymo browser plugin does not work properly on Chrome/Mac. Scanning Bar Codes

In the Register, the zingFit system automatically places the cursor in the Product Search box. Simply scan the barcode until you see numbers entered into the Product Search box, and the system will find the item. Then, click on the item, and Take Payment.
