zingfit now enables page view tracking capability for both full integrations and standard integrations with a Vanity URL.

Tracking Types

To upload your Key/ID information, please go to (Admin > Configuration > System Settings)

To use Google Analytics either set a Universal Key or a Google Tag Manager container ID. The system will ignore the universal key if a GTM container ID has been set.

Google Analytics Universal Key- simply enter your Google Analytics Universal code into your studio's System Settings Google Analytics Key Universal key. To find your Google Analytics Universal Key, click here to follow those instructions.

GTM Container ID- Paste the Google tag manager container ID into this field. To find your Google Tag Manager ID, click here to follow those instructions.

FB Pixel ID- Paste the Facebook Pixel ID into this field. To find your Facebook Pixel ID

  1. Go to your Ad Manager or Power Editor

  2. Click on Tools – Pixels

  3. The ID is at the right top.

Standard Integrations

If you are on a Standard Integration, tracking is available only if you are using your studio domain name. You can upgrade to the "Vanity URL" service to have your zingfit pages addressable at http://booking.STUDIONAME.com. Then simply enter your Google Analytics Universal code into your studio's System Settings (Admin > Configuration > System Settings) as described above.

You can combine your tracking for your main content website (http://www.STUDIONAME.com) and your zingfit website (http://booking.STUDIONAME.com) using Google "Property Sets". This Google help article provides set-up info: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/6338828?hl=en

For Facebook Pixel Tracking, you do not need a "Vanity URL", as FB tracking works across domains!

Tracking Purchases

Purchase transactions can be tracked for any of the analytics systems. The zingfit system produces conversion information, hidden to the user, including product name and purchase value.

For Google Analytics or GTM you need to enable Google Ecommerce Tracking for your domain. Set-up instructions for Google Ecommerce Tracking can be found here: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1009612?hl=en

Please note: zingfit only supports standard commerce tracking, not enhanced commerce tracking.

zingfit Tracking

Currently, zingfit has listeners in place to track the following events:

  • Complete Registration

  • Add To Cart

  • Booked (classes, events)

  • Page Views

Success URLs

These success URLs can be used in your construction of standard tracking funnels.
