The zingfit system will now automatically attempt to process a refund for upsells when:

  1. The Class is canceled

  2. Customer Attendance is canceled

Refunded Payment Types

Because Upsells are only offered online, Cash Payments are not considered in this refund process.

Credit Card- The Credit Card used in the original transaction to purchase the Upsell will be refunded

Store Credit- Store credit will be added back to the Customer Account

Gift Card- The Gift Card will not be refunded directly, but instead Store Credit is added to the customer account.
