Why are all my contacts unsubscribed from SMS?

All zingfit customers are defaulted to unsubscribe to SMS when their account is connected to the client's Marketing Automation account. For legal reasons, we cannot automatically opt-in customers to SMS.

It is possible to manually subscribe your user contact to SMS. Each contact will need to be subscribed one at a time.

It is recommended to encourage your customers to log in to their zingfit customer profile and choose to subscribe for SMS.
