Scheduled Plans Tip: scheduled plans do not include SMS - only emails and tasks. Businesses often use this feature when they have a series of emails & tasks that they want to be created for a specific day and time. In contrast, Auto-Campaigns are where people are enrolled and getting messages at different times (based on when they enter the auto-campaign).
