Scheduled plans are recommended for date-based events/sales.

For example, if you'd like to send a series of messages based on a specific date such as a date-based challenge you're running at the studio, utilize a scheduled plan.

Auto-campaigns are recommended for action-based, sequential messaging and best for capturing moments as they happen.

For example, if you'd like to send a series of messages based on a rolling challenge you're running at the studio or if you'd like to send a one-off message whenever a new contact joins as a member, utilize an auto-campaign.
