Have a campaign running that you'd like to include past contacts in? Setting up a Mass SMS and need to add your recipients? You've come to the right place!
Adding a segment to a campaign is now as simple as the click of a button! Before reading any further, please ensure your campaign has been started, and your auto-message(s) has been set live! This must be done prior to adding your segment.
When clicked into your campaign, you'll see an Add Contacts button toward the top. Note in the screenshot below that the campaign is Live and the SMS auto-message is Active!
When you click the Add Contacts button, you'll be taken to a new page with the option to Add Contacts in 3 different ways. At the bottom, the last option will be to Add a Segment.
Click on the 'Type to Search' bar, and your full list of Segments will populate for you to choose from. Note: you will only be able to select one 1 segment to add. Once selected, click Add Segment.
You will now see the contacts from this segment have been pulled into your campaign. Your auto-message(s) within the campaign will schedule and send accordingly.
