Promotions can be redeemed in-studio via the Register or via the studio website.
In-studio Redemption
When checking out a customer purchase, in the Take Payment screen of the Register, payment types appear in the left-hand column. If a promo is active, a box will appear to enter a promo code. Promo codes are NOT case-sensitive.
Website Redemption
When promotions are activated; customers can enter promotional codes into the promo section of the billing page to claim the discount. A promo box will appear at the top of the screen.
An additional option is provided for 100% promotions. At the bottom of the zingfit system pricing page (custom pricing pages need to be customized to add this option), a Redeem Free Class box will appear.
Reasons why your Promotion code may not be working
The promotion is set to be offline
The start and end date are not relevant to the current date and time
The redemption limit has been hit
Or a customer limit is in place and a customer has already redeemed the promotion
