How do I create email alerts for Reward Campaigns?

In your account, go to Admin > Configuration > System Emails > Add Email. There are two types of emails for Reward Campaigns:

  • Achievement Email: will automatically be sent to customers who have achieved the goal set to trigger the reward.

  • Progress Email: will be sent at landmarks in the customer's progress.

Studios may keep more than one of each email type saved at a time.
