If you have a question on a specific transaction, please provide the stripe team with the following:
Name of the customer
Date of the transaction(s)
Transaction ID(s)- you can find this by selecting order details on the specific purchase

Search for the customer in the booker> locate the series or contract in question> select the '$' symbol on that line
Navigate to any sales report, filter the specific day, location and select the customer, locate the series or contract in question> select the '$' symbol on that line
