In certain situations, studios may need to implement a freeze to all contracts, series, or series types. To best help, zingfit is happy to apply a bulk freeze for the studio. This will prevent the studio from doing this customer by customer, which is incredibly time-consuming.

We require 24-48 business hours (Monday-Friday) notice for any bulk freeze requests.

We can only specific freeze series, contracts, and series types in bulk. We cannot provide any special accommodations outside of this, such as specific customer accounts.

In the request form, we will ask for your contact information, freeze start and end date, and what specifically you need frozen. Please be very specific on the exact series, contract, or series type name in this request. If the team has any questions on what exact item you need frozen, it's subject to delay the overall request.

We offer the ability to freeze everything in the system (all customer contracts, series, and series types) Please note we cannot accommodate any exceptions through this option. If you need to keep a couple of items unfrozen, please do not select 'Everything in my account!'.

If you need a freeze extended, we are happy to accommodate this to prevent any disruptions in your customer's series and/or contracts. Please note, that a freeze extension still requires a 24-48 business hour (Monday-Friday) notice.
