How do I get PayTabs set up on my zingfit account?
If you are a new client, your Project Manager will help you get set-up with PayTabs. If you are an existing customer, let us know you're interested by submitting a ticket to support. We are happy to get you on board with PayTabs.
PayTabs Payment Collection
In-store Payments - A card must be saved on file in order to run a credit card transaction in the studio.
Online Payments - When the customer purchases anything online through PayTabs, zingfit will automatically save that card on the customer's profile.
I want to be able to run Credit Cards in my Studio
Please call your bank to ask if they offer a direct connection between terminal and processor.
If they do, please reach out to zingfit support to create a dummy payment type within your Point of Sale.
Terminal Processor
If your bank can provide a Terminal Processor, this will allow clients to swipe their card in the studio.
When checking out a customer in the studio, the dummy payment method will be used to 'log' the transaction within zingfit for reporting purposes. The Terminal Processor will collect the funds and send them to your bank account.
