zingfit's robust platform will allow you to connect to as many third-party payers as well as a Metrics integration, such as Stages, PIQ, and Spivi.

It's important to know that there are limitations when using a Third Party Payer as well as an integrated Metrics system.

Limitations

1. Classpass and any Metrics Provider- When a customer signs up within Classpass, purchases, and books a class, Classpass does not require the fields needed in order to create a profile in Stages. (For example, Gender, Weight, Height, etc) which causes the problem of a Classpass customer not showing up on a roster for any metrics provider resulting in no metrics being collected for the Classpass customer.

Workaround- The studio can flag down the Classpass customer in-person to have them sign into the studio's website to complete the sign-up form where the fields required for Stages are filled in and saved. Once the ClassPass customer completes the in-studio sign up form, they will appear as a rider on the Metric Providers dashboard so they can collect ride metrics.

2. Third-Party Aggregators and any Metrics Provider- When a class is canceled in zingfit, the third-party aggregator or metric provider will still have the class set as active.

Workaround - The class must manually be canceled in the Third Party Aggregator site or the Metrics provider site.
