Studios can offer a free series package to new users at sign-up. This series is automatically given to the customer when they first create their account and the series will be visible in their account information.
To enable this, navigate to:
Admin > Configuration > Studio > Edit the studio you want to include a free series at sign-up.
Towards the bottom of the screen, there is an option called New Customer Free Series. You can select one or multiple series to be automatically assigned to new customer accounts.
Please note: If you have many different series this option may appear as a drop-down list. The New Customer Free Series setting is studio-specific and can be different or not selected from other studios.
